There is a woman I work with who is married. We talk a lot and flirt with one another. She tells me how things in her marriage has changed and her husband does not want to do anything with her anymore.I show an interest in her and flirt with her all the time. She always talks about sex and her fantasies. My problem is she is head over heals about another guy at work, but never talks to him.I am always jealous of this other guy, and it really bothers me when I see her checking him out.I expressed to her my jealousy and she always tells me she doesn't like him, but I hear from her close friends she is head over heals for him.I get upset and tell her how I feel about her.And she stops talking to me as much as she used to.I tell her that I miss us talking and I hold her very dear to my heart. One day she talks to me a lot and then she doesn't talk to me for a week.I hate to be jealous, but i am.I suspect there is something going on with this other guy, but he just had twins, what should I do.

This woman is using you as an emotional crutch and a tool. I would stay as far away from her as possible, you do not want to help her commit adultery. Most men blame the other man when thier wives commit this act. If she does not take her marriage vows seriously this time what makes you think she would be faithful to you, you are litterally witnessing a woman commiting social suicide.
As for the other man at work that she likes I would keep out of that. Leave her to her own affairs and find a woman that has the guts to at least get out of a relationship before she starts another one. With the children being involved it especially strikes me as a Jerry Springer moment waiting to happen.
I know that you care for her but self preservation sometimes is the key to overcome. You must keep in mind that her husband might not be as bad as she says, unless you know the guy personally she could be and probably is making some of the stuff up. Just cut ties if you want to survive this, she seems like an egocentric person who needs desperately to feel "wanted".

OK the reason she is not talking to you is because she probably put her self out for you and you stood back. Which is smart. Now she is lingering around to find another guy who might mess with her. Just be smart and stay out of it, let her make her bed and lie in it. If she loved her man she would get marriage help. She doesn't care about him, so why would you think she would care about you. Dude sex is over rated, its not worth getting involved with a married woman.

Let her know that if she is not interested in you than you want the flirting to stop and ONLY be friends if you can. Express how you really like her. and if she does not want you than so be it if she's cheating on her husband that chances are she will cheat on you. Good luck Friend!

Sorry, but you're just her friend. That's it. She likes the other guy because he's quiet and mysterious. She confides in you because you listen. That's about it. You're gonna have to be a real charmer if you want to be able to bend her over in the bathroom stall.

For the other guy and no sex life she raves and rants
How rude! You're the one who should get in her pants...
she's married so, let me see if perhaps you'll understand,
if hubby finds out you'll be glad the other guy's the deadman

She is married period. stop flirting back.
Do not talk to another woman about her marriage. it is one sided period.
She will do to you what she is doing to her husband and now this other man?
Is that what you want?
