Hi, I have been looking up info on blowing eggs online, here are what looks like the best answers I've found.

Blowing eggs by mouth is a bad idea, because so many are contaminated with salmonella; also it is difficult to do and slow, and you will probably get a headache.
Short form:
Eggs at room temperature are easier to blow than eggs cold from the fridge. Wash them in soap and water. Use sterile needles or an ice pick to break the membrane inside the egg.
You can try a using turkey baster to push air into the eggshell, which forces out the egg; or squeeze the bulb before inserting it into the egg and suck the insides out.
Others suggest using a small bulb syringe made to clean out a baby's nose, or a needle and syringe with plunger. Experiment.
Using Cold water or white vinegar or a mixture of both, re-fill the egg, shake it up (holding the ends closed), and empty it again a couple of times, until it is clean inside. (This is so you can keep it and it won't get smelly). Let it dry.
Use the raw eggs the same day and cook thoroughly, or beat them together and freeze them. One-fourth of a cup is about "one egg" as recipes go.
(I haven't tried doing this myself as yet but when I do I will come back and report =])

If you want to avoid getting a headache blowing out the eggs go out and invest is a bulb syringe (the kind that is used to remove mucous from a baby's nose or mouth.) You still need to poke a small hole on one end and a hole large enough to fit the tip of the bulb syringe in the other. Squeeze the bulb BEFORE you insert it in the egg, insert the tip, release the bulb and it will suck out the egg. Much, much easier than the blow method!

Yes, you can, but it may not be easy. Any friends who are bagpipe players?!
Make a hole at the little end of about 2mm, and at the big end of about 4mm; blow into the smaller one.
Fresh eggs are firmer than older ones, so an older one might be better; against that, the older ones may have one little tough area. If it does get stuck, try working the head of the pin back and forth inside.
Wash out with lukewarm water.
The holes can be filled with Polyfilla and smoothed off.

In my time I blew hundreds, We used a hawthorn thorn to stab a hole in each end of the egg and putting the smaller end in our mouths and holding it there with one hand, we blew very hard until the contents shot out into our other hand. The contents were examined and if it wasn't addled it was put in our mouths and swallowed in one gulp. During the war we were for ever hungry....... I'm talking about eggs found in hedgrows, not hens or ducks.

Exactly:
Use a needle to make two holes, one at each end. Make them big enough so you can actually blow in, but not too big, as they might crack.
Then blow, the stuff will come out the other end. Rinse the empty shell and here you go.
