A bloke goes to his doctors.
Doc, he says I"ve been getting these bad stomach pains for days now.
Doc says, ok, I want you to take these suppositories twice a day for a week.
A week later the man is back at his doctor.
Doc those tablets you gave me, they didn't help at all.
Doctor asks, what did you do swallow them??
The man says, Well what do you expect me to do with them, shove them up my ar$e???
