Sounds like a form of arthritis? My mom used to have so much pain in her knees that she couldn't even walk the dog to the street corner. I gave her a report on Osteoarthritis from a doctor who specializes in nutritional medicine. She decided to follow his recommendation and after about 2 months time she noticed that her knees hadn't been bothering her anymore. Now she is able to walk the dog, walk around the mall, and do the little things she used to take for granted. If you would like me to email you a free report on arthritis or any other health challenge, leave a message for Terry at 519 758 5738 with your name, phone number, and best time to reach you. I enjoy helping people by providing information that may help them with their health. Take care.

brisk strolling will in basic terms get you muscle on your legs. and not subject your lungs for a three mile run i might evaluate you to run a mile as quickly as you are able to. get it right down to a minimum of 6 minutes no extra suitable than 7 minutes. try this for a month and then attempt a three mile run and notice what time you get. if its under 25 minutes. it is stable.
