Yes you can bury both cats and dogs in your own garden, but if you have foxes that visit your garden from time to time best to bury them deep and cover the grave with a slab.

I have buried both cats and dogs in my back garden when they have passed away. There is nothing that says you can't do this if you want to. You can have the body incinerated either by arranging it with your vet or sometimes the local crematorium but I have always preferred to bury the animals in their favourite spots in the garden.

Sorry for your loss...
Definitely legal. Make sure you bury your beloved really deep though, because my cousin had the misfortune to have a fox dig up the remains a while ago (even though her cat had died 18 months before), and the sight of it was very distressing for her.

Yes you can bury your cat in your garden, or if you wish you can have it properly cremated by a professional, just ask your local vet for details. Sorry for your loss. xx

If in a suburban or city area, maximum probable it extremely is a criminal offense. So what do you do? do no longer promote, and shop it to your self. And in those situations, there are actually not countless organic international roaming around, so which you do no longer might desire to dig a hollow 6 ft deep. in basic terms various ft deep and canopy nicely. If Phoenix has their city codes on line, you are able to seek to make certain for particular. yet do you prefer to?

i would not think so. it is not as if you were burying a person. a cat is a family pet and you should be able to bury it on your private property or if that doesn't suit you i am sure there will be a pet cemetery around.
