What solutions are being made to reduce pollution in Los Angeles?

The apparently impossible - so far - solution is what to do about the pollution they have to deal with from eastern Asia's Pacific Ring of Fire. Even if it were possible for LA to reduce pollution to zero they'd still have that unapologetically rolling in.

Hollywood needs to be moved to an offshore deserted island. The pollution coming out of their mouths is exponentially contributing to the pollution in LA.
