It all depends on the amount and quality of tissue coverage. Skinny folks generally do better with silicone implants if you can overcome the fear factor. The smaller the implant the more natural it will look as long as it is sized properly but generally one to two cup size increases are reasonable and surgically possible. Hope this helps.

D will look huge on your body...and D is pretty heavy too...
i think C is more than enough for you...
i hope u are sure about ur decision...because breast augmentation is not something fun....its still a surgery and still has risks and painful aspects and side effects.

If you are going to get it done either way, might as well go for a D. The smaller your frame, the more obvious the D.
No point doing it just to get one size bigger, you will not be satisfied with it. But don't get DD... That would be too big!

D is too large for your small frame. And then if you put on just a little weight in a few years you will look like a fat girl.

Go for D, D is the perfect cup size, that's what I am getting.
viewers: why do preach about 'the evils of vanity', 'everything should be natural' and other things of that nature in a section labeled Beauty & Style?!

B is actually probably the best for your body frame, but since you asked that no one tell you not to do it, then go for only a C if you have to do it at all. D is going to just look ridiculous on such a small frame.

I would say that a larger C size would be better than a D. D would probably be just a bit to big...goodluck
