I want to use my digital camera as web camera to chat with my friends, is this possible, should I install some software ?
or how to set this up ? pls advise

that actually doesn't work as a web cam
even if u install some external software what happens is that the camera's lens will remain closed and go to mass storage mode to access ur memory stick and ultimately u can't do that

Nicolas G is stable. the reason your shutter won't close is in all probability because of the fact your digicam is desperate to apply your flash as a fill and the actual exposure you're taking is longer than needed ... in keeping with hazard on the same time as long as some seconds. examine your menu and make certain your flash is desperate to "automobile"
