Some clarifications to the above...The F-150 is made in 3 factories, one in Mexico, 2 in the U.S. 2nd of all, the Tundra and Titan are built in U.S. factories, not because those companies love americans, but there's a 25% tax levied on any truck built on another continent. So to avoid that, Toy/Nissan built their factories here.
Now as for an answer, process of elimination...the Titan has horrible reliability. They rate towards the bottom of their segment for the Titan (trucks), Quest (minivans), Armada (SUV)....why these specifically? All these are produced in the plant in Canton, Missi. which Nissan has admitted has issues and have sent specific engineers to help clean up the issues.
As for the Tundra, it's new, but I wouldn't do any serious work with it. The frame is an open "C" Channel, which is a step back actually. Allows for more body flexing after a year or 2 of ownership. Ironically the media spin stated that the reason the body panel gaps were wide, were to make the vehicle look more masculine. (If this is the case, previous Saturn cars were very butch vehicles). Really, the panel gaps are large because of the above issue, they are expecting flex after a few years within the structure.
Why should this matter? The tighter the vehicle, the better the handling, quietness, hauling abilities, etc.
I wouldn't look at any of these of I'm doing serious work, but IF, and IF thats the only thing I can choose from, I would do the Tundra.
I'm supplying an educational link. It's how the F-150 compared to the competition. They strip down all the trucks available, and show you the difference between them all, including frame rails, structure construction etc. Even if your not in the market for th eF-150, just take a look at what the Tundra and Titan have in comparison.
Hope this helps... ;-)

Well, the NEW tundra comes with a 5.7L engine putting out 380 HP, and with a few inexpensive mods, should be well over 400 HP. That's music to MY ears, as the Tundras have always been under powered but VERY reliable.
Also, I believe they are a little bigger, as Toyota is getting tired of having the reputation of building trucks that are "not quite" a REAL truck size wise. (T-100 and Tundra)
I'm 6'2" and my current Tundra is not cramped, so a new bigger one should be fine for just about anyone.
My Tundra has 85000 miles and I just changed the brake pads for the first time. The rear shoes are still in good shape.
This is the result of my gentle driving technique and a superior design.

buy the dodge ram with the 5.7 ltr. Those two jap trucks you mentioned are ugly and for girly men, in that case why not go get the honda ridgeline.
For real trucks:
1. Dodge Ram
2. Ford F-series
3. Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra
