None of these divisions have two outstanding quarterbacks.
1) AFC North- Big Ben struggled this year, Steve McNair is only a temporary solution to the Ravens' QB needs, Charlie Frye is just potential, and Carson Palmer is the only true standout.
2) AFC East- Tom Brady is just amazing, Chad Pennington was a nice surprise, JP Losman is also potential, and Daunte Culpepper hasn't proved himself.
3) AFC West- Rivers has improved tremendously, Andrew Walter is also potential, Jay Cutler is a rising but not great QB, and Damon Huard was solid as a starter last year.
4) AFC South- Manning is dominant, David Carr may improve or bomb, Byron Leftwich dissapointed last year, and Vince Young isn't a great QB but a nice running threat.
5) NFC North- Brett Favre is solid, Rex Grossman seems to be inconsistent, Tavaris Jackson has potential, Jon Kitna is also a temporary solution for the Lions.
6) NFC East- Donovan McNabb didn't do too well with the Eagles last year, Tony Romo had a nice rookie season, and Manning/Campbell are potential greats.
7) NFC West- Alex Smith is improving, Matt Hasselbeck had an off-year, Matt Leinart is potential great, Marc Bulger had a nice year.
8) NFC South- Drew Brees was amazing, Vick was inconsistent as a passer, Delhomme was a dissapointment, and Garcia did well as McNabb's replacement last year.

All in all, I think that AFC East is the most solid QB division. Brady did well without any great WR's, Pennington led the Jets to the playoffs, Losman did well last year, and Culpepper, if he recovers, will be great.

AFC North, as long as we find out it was Big Ben's injuries that were hurting him last year. McNair isn't what he used to be but he can still do the job so you are looking at 3 good QBs. I think Leftwhich's injury problems take the AFC South out, even if Young turns into something good and it wasn't just a Rookie that they had no tape of. The NFC West is probably the best NFC one.

AFC South. Peyton Manning is the best QB in the game right now, Vince Young is one of the top QB's in the game, and he was only a rookie. Byron Leftwich is a pretty decent QB, and I think that David Carr still has the potential to be a great QB if he can actually get some blocking.

AFC South has the best overall QB. VY is up and coming and already I'd rather have him over Vick. Leftwich might not even be the best QB on his team, and David Carr is just stuck in a bad situation. He's not as bad as everyone thinks.

AFC North is a ridiculous answer, Roethlisberger is terrible, McNair's best days are long behind him, and Charlie Frye...no comment necessary.

NFC South is also a weak answer, Vick is a loser and Delhomme has completely fallen apart.

I would have to say overall, AFC South cause they have Manning and Young. However, I also have to add that the AFC rules over the NFC in the QB comparison: In the AFC North we have the great Carson Palmer, and in the AFC East we have Tom Brady. The only NFC QB who compares to these guys is maybe Drew Brees.

Manning is probably overall the No. 1 QB in the NFL, followed by Carson Palmer.

I had a hard time choosing between AFC South, NFC East, and NFC West. But in the end NFC West had the best balance of great quarterbacks.

NFC west
Bulger and Hasselbeck have played in multiple pro bowls and make good decisions and big plays in every game. Bulger in particular plays a game with very few mistakes.
Hasselbeck has taken his team to the playoffs four times and started in a super bowl.
Leinart is up and coming and has shown flashes of brilliance such as the way that he picked apart the Bears D in the first half of MNF last season.
Alex Smith took several giant steps with the niners last season capping the year with a road win in Denver and I believe that he will be the guy to return the niners to old form.

I may be one of the biggest Steeler fans to live, but I have to go with the AFC South division on that one.

AFC south, Peyton is a legend, and Vince Young, although might not be the best QB ever, he is good for a rookie, you gotta remember, he was playing college ball last year. But, I think the AFC south is the best, mainly because they have Peyton, I mean, Manning is AWESOME!!!
