abdominal exercise can make your abdominal fat pad more, rather than less, noticable. The salt guys are also right, in that water retention makes fat bigger.
Unless you are essentially lean, it will show.

Poor posture makes that pooch bigger... have you considered you may be slumping to look at it?

Eat enough fiber so that your guts are working well. if they are not, your lower belly does stick out some.

Consider something more rounded than just abdominal exercise, like yoga or tai chi which are generally toning. the sides of your body wall also contribute to holding up your innards. Actually, so does some of your back!

If you have lost a lot of weight , it will not matter how much excercise you do, the excess skin will remain, the answer my friend lies with the surgeon, a mini tummy tuck is the way forward, good luck.

you might want to focus on the water weight to get the ..pouch..i'm assuming you mean pooch. Just watch your water intake and salt intake. I have had friends tell me that this has been their problem solver! good luck!

The pouch will only go away if you diet to lose it. You can also try liposuction
