Stupidity and the belief that they can get away with the crime. I am not saying that all teenagers are stupid, just the ones who think they can break the law and avoid arrest. Eventually they are caught either by the law or their parents.

Well from my experience they took my nephew from a very good home and placed him with his mother. His mother has been trouble for drugs, forgery and just got out of prison. The night she came and picked him her other son was talking about finding her sex toys around the house. So alot of has to do with the Department of Social Services. She is not a very good example for a young child.

Discipline within the family home is not enforced, and children are not guided with a social nor moral conscience.
Teenagers and kids, are young and impressionable, it is the duty of parents to set an example and instill values.

Comprehensive education that deprives poor children of the opportunity of a decent education.
Welfare that has subsidised and encouraged wasteful eaters to produce more of their kind.

Too much time on their hands with nothing to do. When I was a teen I didn't have time to get in trouble because I was working a job.
