Could be a UTI or other like STD or stones. Get check out by a doctor. If you don't think its an STD or Stones then drink Cranberry juice for the UTI.

Urinary tract infection could attack the kidneys so go see a doctor and get it attended to.

Definitly get it checked out.
May also be due to medications. Such as Topamax, and anti convulsant. Furthermore, possbile kidney stones, and aslo some meds have kidney stones as a side effect.
