There is no substantial proof that a marriage will fail and or work because of the style of wedding. Listen I got married in a quick hurry to a man I barely knew; all I had to go by was the connection we had when we briefly met; to save words for your weary ears the marriage lasted going on 23 years. (don't judge me by my name I'm of Prussian and German descent.) I never had a traditional marriage as you can tell. You have to be committed the both of you no matter the type of ceremony you undertake.
It could be you may have to do the same thing I did and remember all what I said and also we always don't get what we want; we just have to work well with what we've got.

We got engaged on Monday, married on Friday (the same week) - so it is possible to plan a wedding in 3 months time. The problem that you might face is having the guests attend that you would like to invite. Otherwise, use the internet, find venues and an officiant, and make the most of the time that you have to plan. Keep it simple, and it should turn out wonderfully - even if you want 'traditional'!

What do you mean by the traditional marriage? You don't need an expensive ceremony; some people that have those still get divorced. We were married after a 2-month engagement.
