in the UK you have to be 17 years old with a full bike licence.

16 years old you can ride anything up to 125cc with L plates & you have to pass your CBT course...

I thought that to be able to ride a bike you should be 16, but with a licence. I'm not too sure, but definately no younger than 16. This is only a thought, don't take my word for it!

The definition of a m/cycle in the UK is a motor vehicle of three wheels or less.If this has four wheels it is a car in law and needs a full licence to drive unaccompanied so you would have to be 17yrs.
