If it's a small farm it is known as a Croft,otherwise it's a Farm.

Some of the larger ones are called "Mains of ..." where you fill in the name of an estate, or a village or small township.

A smallish farm is sometimes called a steading.

Depending on the size in acres it can be a SMALLHOLDING
a CROFT or funnily enough a FARM!!
