i had my ipod for three weeks so i took it to a fieldtrip one of mu friends was watching a video then i ran with it in my hands then it froze and i didnt know how to unfreeze it so i thought it would be a good idea if i let the battery run out so i did that and i plugged it back inside and it said please wait battery low please wait i waited for a long time then this unhappy ipod picture came up i went to the ipod site and put it in disk mode but its still thier and i plugged it to my computer it didnt show my ipod i showed the first ipod and they said it was corrupt so i pressed update but my itunes froze

Since you've only had it for three weeks, you can get that freezing problem fixed for free (since you still fall under warranty) or have your iPod replaced with a new one at an Apple Center near you.

my nano froze like that.. and then got TOTALLY screwed up.. reset it ... don't press update.. first youve got to put it into Disk Mode and then press "Restore"...
if THAT doesnt work of course,you could just return it..because youre still under warranty!

that poor hard drive. you were running with it and it was bouncing up and down so it must have jiggled the hard drive
