Does it go real slow, and kinda flutter like water? I have had that before. It sounds like you either dont have the right graphics drivers, or for some reason your computer cant find them and it is using what is called Vgasave mode. You can find out for sure if you right click on the desktop, select properties, then settings, advanced, then adapter. See if it says vgasave. If it does, whatever you do, DO NOT DISABLE IT!! You will be left with no display at all, and a huge frustrating mess. You need to find out what kind of graphics adapter your computer uses, and download the drivers off the internet. How long has it been doing this? try to remember what was done right before this started happening. Im not sure why this happens, I have experienced it once right after re-installing Windows XP, I ended up just installing the restore disk.(but I give up easily sometimes!). If you need any help at all, feel free to email me...Good luck!!

First make sure that you are connected to the internet.
Then go to Start>Control Panel.System>Device Manager>Monitors.
Click on the tab Driver
Click on Update Driver
This should take care of that problem, if not then there is probably a problem with the monitor itself. I could very well be time for a new one.
Alot of computer repair stores have used monitors that they sell for about $25. Get one of them while you save up your dollars to get a new, fancy Flat Screen monitor.

you are able to favor a sparkling photos card or the hot drivers for the cardboard. I had a similar difficulty, I upgraded the drivers and the placement stopped. start up - administration panel - equipment - hardware - gadget manager - proper click on the photos card and choose "replace motive force".
