I used to just fill the bottle up all the way at first. Then, they will drink till they are full, you burp them and change them, then off to sleepy time for the two of you! Eventually you start to notice how much this particular childs needs are. Each child's amount needs differ.

Normal babies don't overeat, they eat enough to satisfy themselves. So if the baby is still hungry you feed them more. If the baby has already drank a bottle, check them to see if they are wet....normal babies only cry when they need something like more food or a diaper change.

mosttimes you should have the mom pump ahead off time and keep it in the fridge.about amounts as long as it is time to feed the baby give him or her as much as they will take.Just remember to burp the baby a few times during the feeding or you will be wearing all of it and have to start over. There is no way to over feede the baby in one feeding as long as you burp them. they stop when they are full.

Thats how mum knows to stop, the baby releases.
good luck
