Best to go to your OB - Gyne or go straight to Casualty / A and E!.

You don't want to jeopardise your baby's and your own health.

It's better to be sure than sorry.

Good Luck

I had a tubal pregnancy and I prey to god you don't have one. You should really go to the ER because it could rupture and cause internal bleeding which could kill you. Are you bleeding at all? What happened to me was I got my normal period so i thought, but after 10 days i was still bleeding which wasnt normal so i looked up on the internet what it could possibly be and what i found was miscarriages so i went to the store and got a pg test and i was pregnant. the next morning i went to the ER and they couldnt see it so they sent me home saying that i probably miscarried or currently am. Two days later i had terrible pain in my left side, worse pain i've ever felt. I went to my doctors that morning and even just waiting in the waiting room was unbearable, i was doubled over the seat until they called me in. Then they did an ultrasound and sure enough the baby grew just enough within the 2 days to be seen on the ultrasound. It was in my left tube and the next thing i know im heading down to the ER for surgery. Please go to the ER and get yourself checked out, this isnt something to postpone, i was also 6 weeks pg. I hope all is fine though. Keep us posted.

I had a major pain down my left side in a previous pregnancy and i was miscarrying the baby, i started bleeding 4 days later.
You should go straight to A&E if you cant get the the doc, they will only tell you to go there anyway.
Lots of women get unbearable pain in early pregnancy so it could be nothing but get yourself looked at. Ectopic pregnancies can be dangerous, and if it is that you could end up losing a fallopian tube if you leave it too long.
Good luck and i hope its not bad news.

If the pain you experienced on Friday was due to an ectopic, it would have got much worse by now. It was probably just ligament pain.
My sister had an ectopic and within a couple of days of the first pains had collapsed and was in hospital

This is how mine started. The pain started on my right side and over the next day or so started going into my back. The pain wasn't unbearable but it did hurt about as bad as a bad period. I went to the hospital and found out it was tubal.... I was already bleeding internally. Id go get checked tonight. The only reason I went to the ER that day was because my doctors office was closed and I thought I might be having a miscarriage.

I have had an ectopic pregnancy u should get in touch with your GP who will refer u to your early pregnancy assessment unit , there they will do a blood test to check your hormone pregnancy levels and a vaginal scan to see if they can determine whats going on ... also a pain in the shoulder is associated with an ectopic pregnancy ... fingers crossed for u and good luck ..
Feel free to ask me anything , will answer to the best of my knowledge

I don't really know anything about ectopic pregnancies besides what they are, but i think that anytime during your pregnancy that you get a super bad pain like that you should call your doctor. Especially since you are still feeling aches from it 24+ hrs later.

It is a possiblity, I would go to A&E and get it checked out to be sure as eptopic pregnancies can be very dangerous for you and can damage your fertility if left too long.

But don't panic, it could be nothing, just your body stretching and moving about to accommodate your growing baby.
