I changed the resolution on my monitor to 200% an now it is to big so when I go to control panel the resolution to high to get to that section to reset it.Is there any way to reset the resolution

Right click on your desktop, goto properties, that will open your display properties. If you are still not able to view and change your properties, try to boot into safe mood, press F8 while the computer is booting and select boot in safe mode, change the resolution there to 800X600 and default the rest, reboot into regular mode and you will be able to adjust to your preferred resolution.

well you could just drag the pannel to a new spot or on you r desktop right click and select propties and go over to settings and lower the slide bar there
