up until last year i used bio ban for stopping weeds growing is this still available?

not actual weedkiller but a surpressed all growht product

Never heard of it, but i did some asking and found it was banned in 1996 by the US Environmental Protection Agency
that's what I've been told.

Can't find it online. In fact, I can't find any mention of it at all. Do you know any more about the name? Who manufactures it, etc?
That would help.
