You can not learn meditation from a tutorial.
the same way you can not learn driving just by going through tutorial, you need an expert to teach you driving

Sit down with your head SLIGHTLY tilted down (not to the point where it hurts your neck) and sit in a quiet room with minimal light. Close your eyes and focus ONLY on your breathing, do not think anything or even think that you're breathing. Just "feel" the breathing. You will be able to tell if you did it right because it will be one of the best feelings you've ever felt.
