Schools have bullies, shootings, and teachers who have sex with their students. So my answer is no.

Not true. To many stories about disgruntled students coming back to shoot up the schools. There is no absolutely safe place for anyone. So better teach the kids to be cautious and defend themselves when necessary.

it depends on what country you are...in western countries they have bullies while in some school they expell those kind of kids
