According to IMDB.com that Joker will be played by Heath Ledger. Two Face is going to be played by Aaron Eckhard.
The movie called The Dark Knight is set for a July 18th, 2008 release date.

I would like to see Guy Pearce as the Joker, he has worked with Cristopher Nolan before and great directors tend to retain their favorite stars.
