Substances in fruits and vegetables that help improve eyesight:
Carotenoids are found in fruits and vegetables. Of the many carotenoids circulating in human bloodstream, only lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene are accumulated to any significant degree throughout the tissues of the eye. Good eyesight depends on more that just eating carrots since carrots mostly contain beta carotene.
Lutein is a carotenoid which has become popular as a dietary supplement either by itself, or combined with zeaxanthin.
Zeaxanthin and lutein play an important role in protecting eye tissue in the macula from damage by free radicals. Corn, eggs, green leafy vegetables, peppers, red grapes and pumpkins are some of the foods rich in lutein and zeazanthin.

Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Look up on the web "eye exercises". I do these every night before bed and where everything was blurry before now things are crystal clear. Remember you must be consistent for either of these things to work.

Really just about any fruits and vegetables will help your eyes. Certainly anything high in vitamin A.
There aren't any that actually help poor eyesight to a great effect, though. Mostly, fruits and vegetables are good for preventative measures, such as avoiding cataracts and other eye-related maladies.
See my sources for details.

They say carrots help. It's probably true. I've never see a rabbit with glasses on.
