As far as games you could play the toliet paper game, where everyone tears off a piece that they think will fit around her belly, second game is to play the one where the guests only have a few minutes to look at your friend and have to answer questions like hair color, is she wearing earings ect, ect...as far as food, you can make sandwiches, door prizes can be stationary, votive candles, pretty much anything...and invitations you can get anywhere...good luck

As for Decorations:
When you think of a Bear the color Brown comes to mind. Brown or Black should be used as the main color for your Theme.
Daisies or Chrysanthemums are flowers that suit a Teddy Bear Baby Shower.
From there you can match. Brown and yellow make a great match so this would be fitting for either sex since yellow is universal for both Girls and Boys.
You can find teddy bear pattern tablecloths, paper plates and napkins at most party stores.
The ebook that's included has all kinds of recipes that are theme related!
As for games: Here's one
Teddy Bear / Pooh Toss
You’ll need a paper, pen, a small soft teddy and a watch. Round the guests in a circle with the honored one in the middle sitting on a comfy chair. The bear is thrown from Guest-of-Honor to the guests back and forth. Each time a guest gets the bear, they must name something the bear needs. For example; honey, trees, picnic, fish. If you are using the Winnie the Pooh Theme including items such as Christopher Robin and Rabbit would be acceptable. You or your helper should write down all the spoken words to keep track.
Set a time limit of 10 to 20 seconds for each guest to respond. If they can’t think of something a bear or Winnie the Pooh needs, or if they say something that already has been named, they are out of the game! At the end, the only one’s left should be the Guest-of-Honor(s) and the winner!
Some other things a bear needs are: nuts, berries, fruit, insects, water, lake, stream, river.

Play the poopy diaper game you get some clean diapers and melt 5 different chocolate bars in the microwave and then they guest have to guess what chocolate bars they are by smell, consistency, they can taste it if they want to it's pretty funny. Have pool for money for the date and time of birth also for weight and then give half the winnings to mommy to be. get a nice cake, and some finger food, also you could ask guests if they would wrap there gift in receiving blankets or something that baby will need rather than wrapping paper. Have fun!

I had a boy, but what i did for refreshments was cupcakes with blue icing and plastic It's a Boy! things on top, but for a game i put a plastic baby in one of the cupcakes... whoever got the cupcake- given out at random- got a prize. also for the drinks (i served blue kool-aid mixed with sprite) i added ice cubes that had tiny baby blue binkies frozen inside... the first person whose ice cube let the binkie free first without any help, got a prize. Of course, in this case you'd do it pink... All my guests loved it and they took home the little souvinirs, especially the kid guests if you have any. Plus you can buy the supplies really cheap at any party store! â¥

Go to google search type in baby showers. There are sites that help you plan it to a "T". But one game please do not play, as it is sick, is to blind fold the person, put baby food in a clean diaper and have them taste it. I nearly threw up at my daughter's shower when her friend pulled that one.
