I HONESTY don't think that in the city you are in all white women wouldn't date men who are not white.
If that is your "reality" in the city where you are right now, you will take that "reality" with you anywhere you go.
I am a person who travels and I know from personal experience that sometimes we create exactly the same circumstances anywhere we go. Then we realize that it was us all along, it wasn't the people around us. Think about it for a second.
