Actually, I think most of them are now coming out during the day. Their moving up in the world.

Define freaks. I have to agree there are some interesting characters that emerge only in the moonlight but they're creatures of the underworld, night is when they thrive. Haha. I don't know, I guess cause the "freaks" are bored.

Because most peaple work during the day so at night there are more people out than away or in their job.

they have day jobs where thay have to be all dressed up and serious so they act like freaks at night cuz they cant do it during the day

it,s because they sleep in at day time and get drunk at night because the bars open till 2or4am.
