Sorry, are you talking nautical miles to miles, or nanometers to meters?

A nanometer is a billionth of a meter ( 1x10^-9 ). A nautical mile is 1852 meters or 1.150779 statute miles.

So, you just multiply whatever you want to convert by the factor of the conversion and you'll get the other unit.
