how can i make him calm down?

me make lots of mistakes on him i know that...when i realize what ive done i dont know how i can contact with him because he dont send me any messages anymore this is means he going to move on his life? well he is my life i dont want another guy in my life he is the one in my heart he already occupied my heart... i dont know how to move on rigth now too more painful in heart..

Dont worry it happens. Understand onething if d gap of not contacting lasts 4 long then it may be more bad than u contact him n establish understandin wid each other.
