I am interested in a career dealing with forensics mainly criminal work. But i do not know how to get it start

I have good highschool results and soon to graduate from diploma in nursing. It doesn't matter whether its local or overseas but i would need help in financial needs, e.g scholarships.

My brother in law is a forensic chemist in Dallas, Texas and he got started with a bachelor's in chemistry.
