My computer has become really slow.I am not sure how to find and remove them. I do not want to remove anything I shouldn't.
Part of my problem is there are 3 different people using this computer.I use disc clean-up and I also defrage at least once a week. The last time I ran my virus scan there were almost
400,000 files and I am sure there are many that should be removed.Any information to help remove all of the junk would be greatly appreciated.

1. Advanced WindowsCare2 Personal fromhttp://www.iobit.com
Ccleaner from http://www.filehippo.com
3. Wise Registry Cleaner from www.wisecleaner.com
( /select green entries for deletion. )
4. Disksweeper Free 2 from

Do not select *log.txt. The program list all *.txt files for
deletion. Otherwise cleans effectively the files the above
programs missed.
