Well he isn't going to play full season there so we can't really tell. I know oh it's minor league so he would blow them away type of theory but I don't believe that. The AHL includes players who are rehabbing and players that are almost good enough for the NHL. Some of the AHL players are NHL level, but more as back-ups. Although we already know what he could do in the AHL in a sense based on last year, remember the Pens sent him to Wilkes-Barrie Scranton Penguins after the end of the season, as well as some of their other players, to get him more playing time. Yeah the chemistry would develop over a full season but I'm saying what HE could do. My guess though would be maybe a 50 goal 150 point season.

well for starters the players he has around him in pitts is pretty good, staal, malkin, recchi, roberts, malone, gonchar so that plays a huge factor, but based on his scoring pace id say around the same numbers possibly a little more. for one thing he would have more goals thats for sure, but he would definetly lead the league in scoring and be mvp in the AHL

It depends how good his teamates around he are. It is easy to take one guy out of a game if the rest of his players are average. Just look at what is happening to Oveckin.
