yes, i would pick it up and use it to dial 199 on the nearest payphone, then i would get my friend to hold the thing that you talk into to my ear close enough to hear but so its not touching me cuz i cant afford a cell phone and my parents wont get me one, all of my friends find cell phones pointless, and im not about to touch a germ covered payphone.
