Is glucose in egg white?? Can someone please tell me!!
I'm doing my science project on nutrients, so if you know the answer PLEASE HELP!!!!

glucose is a simple sugar that broke down from carbohydrates, egg contain majorly water, protein and little or no fat so no glucose. the composition of an egg white are made of long chain of amino acids:
water 83%
types of protein:
- ovalbumin 54%
- conalbumin 13%
- ovomucoid 11%
- lysozyme 3.5%
- globulins (G2, G3) 8%
- ovomucin 1.5%
- flavoprotein 0.8%
- ovoglycoprotein 0.5%
- ovomacroglobulin o.5%
- ovoinhibitor 0.1%
- avidin 0.05%

Nope its not, glucose is a form of sugar! egg white are manly protein!
