is it normal to feel nauses after having sex?

It can be yes. It depends on a few factors. If you are worried about it, discuss it with your OB/GYN or doc. I don't know about your sex life, and I really don't want to, but it could be anything from stomach contents sloshing too much to gynecological to inner ear problems. It could also be an emotional problem.
Talk to the doc, they are more than happy, and usually more than qualified to help.

occasionally after sex I will get light cramps or a little nauseas. I wouldn't worry unless the nausea persists for more than a couple days and its so bad you are actually vomiting. If its just light nausea then don't worry.

Well, going up and down from such a great height usually makes one nauseous. I don't know if that's the case with you though.

yes the motion makes me sick even on the bottom.
