If you are so unsure go by what you are wearing. If you are wearing warm tones like browns, reds, oranges etc. then go for warm tones in your makeup, however if you are wearing cool colours like pinks, purples, blues etc. then go for the cooler tones in your makeup. White is normally thought of as a cool colour & black is neutral so you can wear either warm or cool tones. If you are not sure on how to apply then you can always go to one of your large retailers who have girls trained in applying makeup & suggesting colours to suit.

try a light foundation, some black mascara, very neutral soft pink blush, and maybe even some light brown eyeshadow.
Just a suggestion, there are a million combinations you can use. You may even try going to the MAC counter at macy's or other department store for a facial makeover.

maximum persons characteristic attractiveness to a individual's proportionality, facial useful properties, or physique style, no longer unavoidably their eye and epidermis colorings. even in spite of the shown fact that, you will locate attractiveness in all and sundry; you do no longer could be a twiglet. once you're asking this when you consider which you're self-unsleeping, don't be. it is no longer suitable what people think of. each and every person is captivating of their very own way and there are great men who will relish you the two on the exterior and interior. :) by how, i think of that your description *is* captivating... i'm honest-skinned myself.

Since everything is pretty much brown, the colours that would most likely look best on you are pink/green/gold. You should go M.A.C or Sephora (at any Macy's or JcPenney's, respectively) to have them show you what works with you.

with the eyes you want to go with a smokey color to bring out depth, and for the lips just a red or pink tinted color, but not too much on the lips! just a little...
foundation isn't really necessary to me, but you want to go with a foundation that is very similar to you skintone, and a blush that's a LITTLE bit lighter than the foundation so that your eyes are even more accented.

well for your eyes i would reccomend Wet n Wild MegaEyes Eye Shadow in "fine wink".
for your face i would reccomend dream matte mousse by maybelline in "porcelain ivory", "classic ivory", or natural ivory. if they dont have those names on them go for the number 1. i have number 5.
for your blush i would say go for a tanish red color. and for your lips go for light glosses and pinkish tan lip sticks. hope this helps.

Accentuate your eyes. Don't go too heavy with color, or you'll wash out.
