yeah as it is said tht something is better than nothing,a short workout is better than not doing anything,so go for it and try to make a routine of working ur body atleast 4 days a week..

Yes-studies have shown even 10 minutes can improve metabolism and cardiovascular health. Even better if you can fit in 10 minutes 3 times during the day.

Short work outs are usually the best ones. Run on your toes backwards for 3 min with short steps. You would have worked your cardio? try it count your pulse rate before and after in minutes.

Yes surely, something is better than nothing. But be a regular in doing exercises whatever little time you may afford.

of course anything is better than nothing i'm sure you have atleast 30 minutes to give in a single day. If you watch T.V. do it on commercial breaks.
