i am really very confused about these realted terms,cleanser,cleansing milk,face wash.when to use which?
which one do i use before going out?which one is for make up removal?

you need a cleanser that is suited to your type of skin. milk cleanser are for normal to dry skin whilst face wash is more for oily acne skin. Eye make up removal is more specific and you need a product to do this.

However you can use the same cleanser for your skin type to do both. Skin should be cleansed and moisturised both morning and night and make up can be topped up before going out.

It is most important that you wear a product with a SPF as sun exposure will cause aging and wrinkles.

They are all the same and do the same. They take off the dirt, oil, and whatever else is on your face. Just buy any of the type and use it once in the morning and then at night wash your face twice (once to get off your make up then the second time to cleanse the skin).
