It's okay to be pregnant and be a vegetarian at the same time, however if you are a vegetarian, you need to make sure that you are getting the nutrients and whatnot from other foods if that are also in meat products. Try looking up some recipes that are healthy for pregnant women.

as long as you are taking supplements for the nutrients you don't get when being a vegan it should be fine. Hopefully you were already doing this before you got pregnant though, cuz anyone who is a vegetarian needs to, or needs to make sure the eat enough of the right vegies to get the nutrients they need. as for being worried about the a.d.d. I would ask your doctor.

You should not be a vegetarian while pregnant UNLESS you are seeing a registered dietician regularly.
If you are not doing that, then you should forgo the vegetarianism while pregnant and nursing.
The A.D.D. shouldn't be an issue; it is fine to move a lot while pregnant, as long as you are feeling okay. You shouldn't take any A.D.D. meds while pregnant, though, unless your doctor says it's okay.

"You should not be a vegetarian while pregnant UNLESS you are seeing a registered dietician regularly."
Heh, heh... Hindus would be knee-deep in dieticians if that had any truth to it.
Short answer: it's fine to be pregnant and vegetarian; if you are already eating a healthful and balanced diet, no need to fuss much beyond eating a little bit more of it. You'll want to pay attention to protein, iron, and omega 3s/6s.
A good essay on the topic:

If you Google it; beware -- 'babycenter.com''s advice makes little sense as far as calorie and protein intake goes.
Moving around a lot is a plus!

Kiri said it all. So I ditto that. Talk to your OB/GYN and ask him what vitamins you need to be taking to replace what you do not get from meats and so on. If you like peanut butter, beans things like that, it will help give you protein.
