You might want to call a lawyer and talk to him about it.

Your vehicle is not a lemon if it only one problem that is reoccurring. A vehicle of this age should still be covered under manufacturers warranty. You have every right to keep taking it back to the dealer and demand that it be fixed properly, although I am sure you want this matter resolved asap. Two things you can do 1: is as the previous guy suggested is to seek legal advise. 2: is to find out who is the Honda importer for your state and make a complaint to them about the dealers inability to fix the problem. In Australia we have a body called the Fair Trading Commission where complaints can be made against companies if your are dissatisfied with their services and cannot get any satisfaction from them. Certainly don't take this sitting down, a manufacturers warrant is just that .... provided by the manufacturer not an extra provided by the dealer.

No its not a lemon,The problem is the mechanic cant figure out what is wrong,Take it to another dealer to see if they can find it.Usually at the mileage that is on the car,the computer has set the code because a simple thing like a slightly loose battery connection or a small vacuum line has fallen off,But Im sure that its just a small problem that they can find with a little more searching.Dont give up yet.

This is what I found covering New York Lemon Law:
It is presumed that there have been a reasonable number of attempts to repair a problem if, during the first 18,000 miles of operation or two years from the original delivery date, whichever comes first, either: (1) the same problem has been subject to repair four or more times and the problem continues to exist; or (2) the car is out of service by reason of repair of one or more problems for a cumulative total of 30 or more calendar days and the problem continues to exist.

The real question is, when did the problems start? and over how much time did the problems persist?
When you have an ABS light it usually means you have a faulty speed sensor....at times these are optical sensors, at times they are a magnetic pickup and trigger setup....kind of like the high performance ignitions...but are situated in your transmission....
if it is faulty your ABS light will come on and stay on until it is fixed...
Perform an alldata search for recalls on this matter....
If they are charging you money and can't fix it, demand a refund and contact your BBB office.
