You probally weren't lubbed up enough. Try more foreplay or an additional lubricant like KY or something. The urge to go to the bathroom a lot may be from an urinary tract infection. Some women get them alot when they are sexually active.

You've probably got an inflamation in their now, If it gets any worse go to the docs cause you mave have got a urinary tract infection, pretty common stuff or vaginitis that's the inflamation i was talking about. Why didn't you tell him to stop when it was hurting? Use lots of water based lube next time and make sure you are aroused before hand, foreplay is the best instead of just going at it. Make sure your wet enough next time. Nothing is wrong with you I think that guy should have treated you a bit gentler and made sure you were comfortable and enjoying yourself first priority should have been you not him. hope you o.k. : )

You give so little information. Lots of variables possible for painful intercourse. Was there enough lubrication? Was he larger than you have been used to? Did you do different positions that were uncomfortable? You could have bruised your vaginal vault (real term) or picked up a slight urinary tract infection. Visit a clinic, MD or somebody soon before your symptoms get worse. Only an evaluation will tell you if there could be a medical reason behind your discomfort.

Well, first off i'm not a doctor but having said that, the vagina muscles will tighten (contract) if not used. Drawing from personal experience, sex is one of those things, the more you have the more you want it, if youve been out of the game for a while there will be some discomfort the first couple of times and it may not be as pleasurable as you remember. Dont worry soon enough youll be lovin the hippety dippedty once again! As far as the urinating thing cant help you out, Ladies ?? wanna take this one

Nothing, you're just not used to it. They say for a woman, if you go over a year without sex the next time is nearly as painful as the first time you've ever had sex. The solution is to get laid more often! Even ob/gyn's tell their older patients that they need to "use it or lose it". Regular activity is important for your health.

There is nothing wrong with you. I think you are perfect. But if you feel something wrong mention this to your doctor when you see her.

Not enough foreplay, or lack of lubricant. K-Y Jelly is sold for a reason.
