Miley Cyrus' real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus. Her parents named her Smiley as she used to smile a lot when she was young. She then changed her name to Miley. Hannah Montana is the title of the TV show she is starring in. In the show, whenever she performs, she uses her stage name -- Hannah Montana.
