my elbow was dislocated a year ago, and my favourite activity is working out, and i waited 6 months after it was dislocated to work out, 2 weeks ago my elbow was injuried, so what can i do with my elbow so i can work out without worrying about my elbow ? please help

Go to a massage therapist! It will immensly help with the muscle strength and be able to manage pain. The therapist can assess for range of motion, and get you stretches and strengthening exercises so you can work out worry free! go to your doctor, get a referral to a specialist orthopaedic person. They will xray it and they will advise the best treatment. Whether it be setting it under anaesthetic in plaster, called a GAMP or just doing a bit of physio.

if you are lifting weights e.g. 120 pounds, i suggest that you lift much lighter weights until u reach your goal weight so that dislocated shoulder can be prevented!
