You can view the web cam of the other person/s
( say in YM. No special program needed.
But you cannot send without a webcam camera.
( usually connected to USB port )
You have to load the drivers for it.
Try logitech web page for details.

The webcam viewer was automatically installed when you installed Yahoo messenger. To be able to send web cam video you need to purchase one.
