I have really bad credit but my aunt told me that she could get me into a house as long as I have a down payment of three thousand dollars. Is this possible?

You use to. haven't you heard. Sub-prime mortgages are in trouble. That means that mortgage companies are not so willing to take a risk. PS the interest on these loans will kill you.

Anything is possible with bad credit as long as you are willing to $$$$$$$$$$$$ PAY $$$$$$$ all the outrageous fees they give to the people with bad credit.
Your best bet is to do your best to repair your credit.
Nothing is free in this world with bad credit. If you have bad credit you will most likely have to pay triple or more than a person with good credit.
That's just how it goes.
