I need to find past weather conditions for a certain town, How?

I have to find the weather conditions for the months of Feb and March so far. Is there a site that I can go to, type in the Zip and get those facts?

Yes there is such a site. Type the following into your browser:

http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=Mecca%2C+Saudi+Arabia


Then type in your zip code, or city and state in the upper left box and scroll down to History and Almanac and type in the month and any day or the day you are looking for. When this page comes up you can get daily weather or weekly, or monthly averages.
