The only way these two meet up is if Bourne is the target and Bond has to kill him. Bond is not likely to rush the kill. He will more than likely track down Bourne, assess the danger and make the kill up slose and personal. Of course, the only way this happens is if Bourne attacks the UK first out of retaliation for some murder related to him. then and only then would Bourne surface and cause Bond to be summoned. The thing about Bond is that he would not become a threat to Bourne until it was assured he had to be killed. And Bond's weapons are never conventional, so Bourne would not know what to expect.
Good question though.
Next time kill Rambo while you are at it.

jason bourne. he's got skills when it comes to fighting. bond generally just smarts his way out. plus matt is soooo much hotter than ANY of the bonds. he's got brains AND he can kick someones ***. bourne is also one step ahead of the competition. so definitely BOURNE all the way
