He actually annoys me, My little sister idolizes him.
I've only talked to him once and he didn't seem cocky but he comes off as a cocksure person.

Well....just another "stand out and be known" kind of person. I've read from his interviews here and there that he wants to send out the message that you should never let anyone get you down when you're feeling happy with yourself and who you are. I can always respect that as long as nobody/nothing gets hurt from it.
